Health Canada · Fragrance Allergen Labelling
The rules changed. Your ingredient list has to change with them.
Health Canada's amended fragrance-allergen requirements are now in force. Brands selling in Canada must identify and disclose specific allergens above defined thresholds — and existing products still on shelf have a 2028 deadline of their own.
